Born in Santiago, Chile, Beatriz has lived, studied and worked in  Brisbane, Australia; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Toronto, Canada; Reading,  England; New York City and Denver, Colorado.
 

Prior to starting her own immigration law firm, Beatriz’s law practice  centered on international arbitration, cross-border commercial  transactions and intellectual property. 
Beatriz has worked at  international law firms in Santiago, Chile and in New York City.  
 

Beatriz has successfully completed numerous immigrant petitions,  naturalizations, work before the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong, and I-601  waiver petitions.
 

Beatriz is known for her honesty, care and respect for her clients.  She  understands how lives are affected by immigration issues and she is  there for you. 
 

Beatriz is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
